The Changing Threatscape
Richard A. Clarke, former U.S. Presidential Advisor on Cyberterrorism and Cybersecurity

In today's IP-centric world where risks derive from espionage and insiders to organized crime and terrorists it is critical to understand threats and defensive measures more holistically. This presentation will share insights from one of the world's foremost cyber security experts on how the threatscape is changing, what the impact is on businesses and what those businesses can do to protect their mission-critical applications, infrastructure and users.

Richard A. Clarke is an internationally recognized expert on security, including homeland security, national security, cyber security and counterterrorism. He is currently an on-air consultant for ABC News. Clarke served the last three Presidents as a senior White House Advisor.   Adding User and Application Monitoring to the Security Mix
Hugh Njemanze, CTO and EVP Research and Development

Remember when "security" was the topic of the day and everyone wanted to know more about it, and how to do it better? Application, user and business monitoring are now the next big things - driven by a variety of issues such as compliance, industry regulation, corporate policy and strategy, operational process and procedure. Just like how "voice and data" became one infrastructure, we're seeing network, security, application and users becoming one infrastructure in need of the same level of monitoring. Hugh Njemanze, CTO and founder of ArcSight, will discuss how with your ArcSight platform you can address this trend.
