Conference Rate: $209.00 +taxes

Government Rate: $195.00 +taxes, based on availability (Must present proper documentation)

Complimentary Internet Access: To all attendees of ArcSight's 2007 User Conference.

Complimentary Fitness Center: The fitness center at the hotel includes a variety of cardiovascular workout equipment and free weights.

Meals: A continental breakfast will be provided each day of the conference beginning on Monday, September 10. Buffet lunch and morning/afternoon breaks provided on the full days, September 10 and 11. Refreshments and appetizers will be served on Monday, September 10 at the Partner Showcase Cocktail Reception. On September 11, ArcSight will host an evening party, providing refreshments and dinner. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday, September 12.

TRANSPORTATION:

Airports: The Westfields Marriott is within just 7 miles of Washington Dulles International Airport and 35 miles of Reagan National.

Shuttle: There is a hotel shuttle between the Dulles and the Marriot Westfields, but only runs every ½ hour to an hour, so the wait could exceed 15-30 minutes at the airport and returning from the hotel. The cost for the shuttle is $15.00 each way. You must make a reservation ahead of time for the hotel shuttle by calling +1 713-818-0300 or via email at Westfields@haymarkettrans.com. The shuttle could fill up very fast because of the arrival times of flights from large airports across the country. If the shuttle is full or if the wait time exceeds the time you would like to wait, a cab will be your best option.

There is no hotel shuttle from Reagan National.

Taxi: The hotel is about a $25.00 cab ride from Dulles Airport and a good alternative to the wait for the shuttle, especially on the return trip when all attendees will be leaving about the same time. The fare to or from Reagan National is about $50.00 each way.
